and Tap.
Grades come with Credits and UCAS points
entered onto the individual learners number, which is issued at the age
of 14.
(Any Credits and Points accumulated before the age of 14 will be
recorded and entered onto the learners number once it is issued)
UCAS points are issued from Grade 6-8. Credits and UCAS points areas
follows:
Grade One - Three - 7 Credits per Grade
Grade Four - Five - 10 Credits per Grade
Grade Six - 13 Credits - UCAS Points - Pass - 30, Merit - 35,
Distinction - 40
Grade 7 - 13 Credits - UCAS Points - Pass - 35, Merit - 40,
Distinction - 45
Grade 8 - Credits - UCAS Points - Pass 45, Merit - 55, Distinction -
65.
Class Description:
A
classical dance form characterized by grace and precision of movement and by
elaborate formal gestures, steps, and poses.
A must
class for all serious dancers wanting to enter into further and higher dance
education.
Teeny
Ballet:
This class introduces little ones to basic ballet
technique, whilst encouraging confidence,
and trains students for basic ballet
examinations.
Junior
& Grade Ballet:
This class trains students in advanced ballet
technique for graded examinations,
and prepares students for study at vocational
level.
Adult
Ballet:
This class is for fun, general dance development
and fun.

All classes on our Timetable are exam classes, pupils will be trained and entered for Dance Examinations twice per year.
Anyone not wishing to participate in examinations, please attend classes marked with a * only.
Adults wishing to participate in examinations may do so, please speak to your class Instructor who will advise you further.
Private Tuition is available in all Subjects at a cost of £35.00 per hour, for up to 2 people.
